CANCELLATION POLICY

Your scheduled appointments are very important. We reserve this time especially to "make today about you!"

It is understood that occasionally life has interruptions, and will will adjust accordingly to suit you. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.

WELLNESS POLICY

Should you have symptoms of fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, etc. that would prohibit your services form being completed, please contact the studio at your earliest opportunity, and we will accommodate and reschedule your appointment without penalty, when you are no longer symptomatic.

Should you arrive for your appointment with any of these symptoms, for the protection of our staff and clients, we will not be capable of servicing you on this day
